These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Rewired website, mobile application and related services operated by Rewir3d Ltd (“Rewired”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Rewired platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About Rewired

Rewired provides neuroscience-based audio programs designed to support:

• stress regulation
• relaxation
• focus
• sleep recovery
• performance readiness

The Rewired platform may include:

• mobile applications
• online programs
• audio sessions
• club programs
• educational materials

The Service is intended for wellbeing and performance support only.

Rewired does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Users under the age of 18 may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Additional requirements apply to youth users as described in the Youth Accounts section below.

3. Youth Users and Parental Consent

Rewired may be provided to youth participants through partner organisations including sports clubs, academies or educational programs.

Youth accounts may be created for administrative purposes by Rewired or a participating organisation.

However, a parent or legal guardian must download the Rewired mobile application and activate the account.

By activating an account for a minor, the parent or guardian confirms that they:

• are the legal guardian of the child
• have reviewed and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy
• consent to the child using the Service
• consent to the collection and processing of the child’s data

Parents are responsible for supervising the minor’s use of the Service.

If Rewired becomes aware that a minor has registered without appropriate parental consent, we may suspend or delete the account.

Rewired complies with applicable child protection and privacy laws including:

• UK GDPR
• EU GDPR Article 8
• COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) where applicable

4. Club Participation

Certain organisations such as sports clubs may participate in Rewired programs.

Where a club provides access to Rewired:

• the club may facilitate onboarding
• the club may provide access codes or invitations
• the club may receive aggregated participation insights

Clubs do not control individual user accounts and are not responsible for supervising app usage.

Clubs must ensure parents are informed about the use of the Rewired platform.

5. Account Registration

To use the Service you may be required to create an account.

You agree that:

• information you provide is accurate and complete
• you will keep login details secure
• you are responsible for activity on your account

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the platform
• attempt to access other user accounts
• reverse engineer or copy the technology
• use the platform for unlawful purposes
• distribute harmful software

Violation may result in account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Rewired platform including:

• audio programs
• branding
• technology
• content
• logos

is owned by Rewir3d Ltd or its licensors.

This content is protected by intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal use only.

Content may not be copied, distributed or resold without written permission.

8. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Rewired is a wellness and performance support platform.

The Service:

• is not a medical device
• does not provide medical advice
• does not diagnose health conditions
• does not replace professional healthcare

Users should consult qualified professionals regarding medical concerns.

Use of the Service is at the user’s own discretion.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of the Service may require payment.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund policies may vary depending on:
